Robyn Page

Bsc Physiotherapy (Hons); Comprehensive Pilates training

Robyn is a Physiotherapist with a special interest in sports injuries and rehabilitation. Robyn is able to diagnose and treat a wide variety of conditions, including general injuries, overuse injuries, neck and back pain, post-op procedures , posture related conditions and neurological conditions.

Robyn developed her passion for human movement through her background as a dancer, using Pilates for performance conditioning. This inspired her to complete her comprehensive Pilates training in Johannesburg in 2013.

Robyn then completed her Bsc Physiotherapy degree in 2018 and spent the following years working in various sports rehabilitation clinics in Cape Town. Robyn spent 2022-2023 working within a sports rehabilitation and chronic pain physiotherapy clinic in New Zealand, where she gained valuable international insight and was able to learn a wide variety of treatment techniques and practices; before deciding to settle down in the lovely Plettenberg Bay.

Robyn takes an holistic approach to her treatment. She works on pain relief and management in order to get her clients to a more functional state, followed by rehabilitation, and places a focus on diagnosing and addressing the root cause of the concern - to prevent future reoccurrences where possible.

When not at work, Robyn can be found on the ocean, lakes, nature trails and in Yoga studios.
