Zaheera Laher

Zaheera is a Pilates instructor, Yoga instructor and Leadership Performance Coach. Her passion lies in understanding and working with people in a holistic ontological manner to develop and find a connection in a person through mind and body. Her passion also lies in mastery of the mind and the self, and this comes through in the way she works with a person to overcome, level up and evolve.


Her tertiary studies include a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Witwatersrand (Majors in Psychology and Anthropology), and a Post Graduate Diploma in Executive Coaching.


Zaheera has three Pilates qualifications in Mat, Equipment and Movement Anatomy under BASI Principle instructor Theo Van der Riet Botha. She also went on to qualify as a 500hr Yoga Instructor.


She believes that every person has the ability to go from good to great regardless of their obstacles, challenges and situation. It is the combining all that she has learned gives her the ability to provide clients with a hybrid service that works holistically.
